Stellassekyondwa Foundation is a non-profit organization that works to improve the lives of children and families in Uganda. In 2023, the organization launched a fundraising campaign to deliver clean drinking water to the Good Samaritan Sisters of Nalukolongo.
The Good Samaritan Sisters are a religious order that runs a school and a health clinic in Nalukolongo, Uganda. The sisters have been working tirelessly to provide for the needs of the community, but they have struggled to access clean drinking water.
Stellassekyondwa.org’s fundraising campaign was a huge success. The organization raised over $5,000, which was enough to purchase a water tank and a water pump. The water tank was installed at the school, and the water pump was installed at the facility.
The sisters and the community are overjoyed to have access to clean drinking water. The water has improved the health of the children and the families in the community. The water has also made it possible for the sisters to expand their programs and provide even more services to the community.
